Chemfriendly Norway works to spread knowledge about how queer people (including sex workers) can reduce the risk of overdoses and other ill health if they choose to take illegal drugs. We are an organization for users and peers.

Chemfriendly aims to prevent overdoses, infections, and other harms related to queer drug use. The method and principle we work according to is harm reduction, and Chemfriendly's activists include health personnel and peers.

Harm reduction means that we meet drug users where they are, on their terms. No moral judgment - just love, knowledge, and user equipment.
